The Akenta extra dry receives a careful selection of Vermentino di Sardegna Doc grapes, skilfully harvested by hand and sparkling in an autoclave (Charmat method); aged 6 months sur lie. Through this procedure the yeasts enhance fragrant aromas and allow the formation of a fine and persistent perlage.
