No. There is no minimum order amount for online purchases.

No. Anyone can browse and purchase freely on our portal without the need to register. Once the products are in the shopping cart, to conclude your purchase we will ask for your shipping and registration details. This will allow you, starting from the second purchase, not to have to re-enter your data because, by logging in, the information necessary for shipping will already be available. Of course, you can always specify a different shipping address.

Of course you can. When entering your data in the checkout, please specify a different shipping address than the billing address.

Janas gift boxes are made with elegant white Canneté boxes, and wrapped with red satin ribbon. The products are laid on a bed of natural straw.

We will take care of your order.

All Janas shipments are made by express courier, to ensure the fastest delivery to its customers.
The cost of shipping is free for orders over € 89.90. For orders below € 89.90, the shipping cost is € 10.00.

The express courier sends two text messages for each shipment. The first is when the shipment is picked up at our logistics base, and the second is when it arrives at the hub for final delivery.

In the second SMS, the customer can interact via a link to personalise the delivery.

JANAS ships throughout Europe, without any country restrictions. For shipments to Europe, paying cash on delivery is not available.

Shipping costs in Europe vary from area to area (European countries are divided into 2 zones, as detailed below) and by type of transport (by land or by air).

You can pay for your purchases by credit card, Paypal and bank transfer.

For orders with delivery abroad we accept credit card and paypal.

Bank transfer: after selecting the bank transfer payment method, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details to make the payment. Once we have received your payment, we will proceed to prepare your package.

Upon confirmation of your purchase, we will send you a payment receipt. For the invoice you can enter the required data in the field NOTES, such as company name, e-mail address, VAT number and identification code. You will receive an electronic invoice.
